STRUCTURAL
SURVEY

The so-called Structural Surveys, very frequent in the rest of Europe, are a type of report of pathologies of the building made based on a non-invasive ocular inspection, at different infrared radiation through thermographic cameras, fissurometers, inclinometers, hygrometers, anemometers, borescopes, etc., in which structural defects or defects are described, as well as those construction damages that the drafting architect considers worthy of mention, linked, in any case, to the health and habitability of the property.

Determining the origin of the pathologies and providing an estimate of the repair costs.
